The NeuroCognitive and behavioural Approach\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>(NCA) is a method used to\u00a0<\/span>analyse, understand\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>and\u00a0<\/span>act with people by using Adaptive Intelligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adaptive Intelligence\u00a0<\/strong>is the ability to\u00a0<\/span>consciously and lucidly mobilise all our relevant brain capacity<\/strong>, irrespective of how complex or new a situation is, using our knowledge and technical skills but also and above all our soft skills (behavioural skills), motivation, self-confidence and confidence in others.<\/p>\n
